How we teach

How a coach works with a band

  • Listen first

A coach hears every player before choosing parts, so nobody is handed something too hard.

  • Play together

Most of a rehearsal is the band playing, with a coach stopping to fix one thing at a time.

  • Leave with a plan

Each player leaves with something to practice before the next rehearsal.
